Privacy Policy
Your selected image and text are processed in your browser to create a screenshot. The tool does not upload them to our servers. It has no ads or analytics scripts, and no account is required.
1. About this policy
This policy covers Make Screenshot, also displayed as App Store Screenshot Generator or App Store Screenshot Maker, provided by Bokeria (“we”). The tool lets you combine a selected image, background color, and text, then download a PNG image for your chosen screenshot size.
2. Images and text stay in your browser
The tool reads only the image file you select through your browser’s file chooser. Although the control may say “Upload,” selecting a file reads it into the current page; it does not upload the image to a server. The browser draws your image and text on a canvas to generate the preview and the downloadable PNG.
We do not receive or store your selected image, its contents, your entered text, or the generated screenshot on our servers. The tool does not scan your files or photo library and does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
3. Memory, downloads, and deletion
Your selected image, entered text, and layout choices are kept in the current page’s memory while you use the tool. The tool does not save these items in cookies, local storage, or a browser database. Selecting another image replaces the current selection. Reloading or closing the page ends the current editing session; the tool does not provide a saved project to reopen.
When you choose Download Screenshot, the browser saves a PNG under its download settings or in the location you choose. That file remains until you delete it from the destination. Closing the page does not delete downloaded files, and choosing a file does not modify the original.
4. Website requests and service providers
Your browser requests this page, its scripts, and its styles so the tool can run. Firebase Hosting serves these resources and may process connection information, including your IP address, to provide and protect the service. This is separate from processing your selected image and text, which happens in the browser. Hosting records are handled under the provider’s operating and retention practices.
The tool does not include an advertising SDK, analytics scripts, or a remote crash-reporting service. Technical errors may appear in your browser’s local console; the tool does not send those console messages to us. These statements concern this tool, rather than other services on the Bokeria website.
5. Email and external services
If you email appsupport@bokeriastudio.com, we and our email service provider receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this correspondence to respond to and follow up on your request. The tool does not automatically attach your selected image, entered text, or generated screenshot to an email.
If you follow an external link or send an email, the destination provider handles that interaction under its own privacy policy. If you later upload a downloaded screenshot to an app store, share it, or save it to a cloud-backed location, that service may receive the file under its own terms. The tool does not automatically submit screenshots to Apple, Google, or another platform.
6. Questions and privacy requests
Contact appsupport@bokeriastudio.com with questions or requests about information you sent us, including support correspondence. We may need limited information to find the relevant records. We cannot retrieve an image or editing session that remained only in your browser.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the tool or its handling of information changes. The effective date above identifies the latest update.
